Well that answer lies in education. If you teach kids to make good choices. If you ask them the right questions and have them come to good answers, if you teach them about sex so they don't end up pregnant before they're ready, if you give them opportunities by helping small businesses instead of large corporation, then you might get stronger families.

As it is, fuck the poor, and when they're down, fuck them again and again and again and make sure they don't get up, because they might end up taking the rich kids' jobs.
