If employers are part of the problem, give them penalties that will make them think twice or three times before chancing their lifestyle and that of their family. Being broke, losing your business while you sit in a state or federal prison being bent over in the shower just to make a cheaper buck, is a hell of a disincentive. Unfortunately many people skip those videos and it could open a lot of eyes. Again, the federal government has NO authority over immigrants save of citizenship. In 1875 the United States Supreme Court granted plenary powers to Congress over immigration. Up to that time, it was a state issue. The Constitution does not grant any authority to the United States Supreme Court to grant any power to another branch of government.

When you say "illegal alien," it is a meaningless term. So, let's go back in history. How did we protect the American people before all this stuff got started? For one thing, we exercised personal responsibility and an attitude of loyalty toward friends, family and neighbors. So it was harder for outsiders to penetrate into communities.

Those were the days before affirmative action, racial quotas, and so - called "equal employment opportunity laws" giving non-whites preference over whites in the job market. We had anti-miscegenation laws prohibiting inter-racial marriage. And now we make this pretentious "legal" argument. What in the Hell does that mean?

The immigration laws are being used to create the ultimate POLICE STATE. On the one hand we're telling employers who they can hire and fire; we want people to have National Identity Cards (Hitler's tattoo idea on steroids) and we're shitcanning the Constitution with a Constitution Free Zone. Adding insult to injury, since we're making this a "legal" issue wherein foreigners are criminals, the next logical step is to suspend the Constitution further from the border since we are now suspending the Constitution to catch one kind of criminal... and under the illegally ratified 14th Amendment, you cannot discriminate - equal protection of the laws and so forth.

So, on the other hand, with the equal protection of the laws, the drones, profiling, and suspension of constitutional Liberties are aimed at Americans. If you think that's pie in the sky, can't happen, come see me in live person. I'll prove the point. This is a complicated issue.
