Except for the fact that it was a Bush promise. The troop draw-down to 50,000 was a 2008 Bush deal with the Iraqi Government. This was not an Obama deal. I know he took all the credit but this plan was a Bush plan. Our MSM is so f*cked and biased so of course they didn't report this fact. This was not an Obama plan. Shame on our corrupt MSM.
