California accepts mail in ballots up to 7 DAYS after election day!

"But women, black folks, and 'spanics are slower and stupider than everyone else, so we need to give them more time to figure out how to fill out the ballot and put it in the mailbox..."

:laughing0301:
A problem that I've had with this early voting garbage since I was first exposed to it is those pesky 'October surprises'. That is the biggest argument against there is. You can't make an informed decision if you are voting before all the info is in. There is a reason why we had an 'Election DAY.'

Wow, that must be frustrating.

Do you feel more impotent than usual that you can’t do anything about that?
Wut? LMAO

I left California in '98, so I don't really care anymore.

However, I do hate cheats, and the entire California election laws are nothing BUT cheats.

I'm interested in just how the left plans on stealing the election from the California Republican.

A fair and legitimate way to do mail-in ballots and ensure that the election counts are done in a timely manner:

  • All mail-in ballots must be mailed to citizens at least 4 weeks before any election day.
Hilarious since most debates are not held 4 weeks before Election Day.
  • All mail-in ballots must be received no later than two weeks prior to the election. That is often a 2- to 3-week window to decide how a person wants to vote.
Again a retarded idea...depending on where someone is in the world (50,000 troops are currently in the middle of the Middle East for no reason for an example), that window may be hard to hit.
  • All mail-in votes will be fully counted no later than one week prior to the election.
Pre-counting is smart. GOP legislatures are usually the ones preventing that.

MADISON (WKOW) -- Although Republicans in both the Assembly and Senate initially passed bills allowing clerks to start counting absentee ballots early, they declined Tuesday to take the final step in sending the bill to the desk of Gov. Tony Evers.
  • The count results WILL be sealed and given into the custody of a disinterested third party, such as the US Marshals office.
LOL...okay.
On the Day the polls open, the mail-in ballot results will be added to the official vote count for that election.
The only counting needed are the live election results at the time the polls close.
Thats how it works in most states. The GOP intransigence is what often leads to extended counts in swing states. What idiots like you don’t know is that counting continues in all 50 states well past Election Day and this has been the norm for the last 100 years or so.... the reason you don’t hear about it is because the outcomes are seldom in doubt.
No mail-in ballot will be counted AFTER the deadline of two weeks prior to the election.
Again...a retarded idea.

Yet here you are caring and making your usual baseless allegations of cheating....

Debates are not a matter of law and can be held at any time.

LOL...okay.
So much for your belief in 'election integrity'.

That is NOT how it works in most states.

In most states, they follow one of two patterns.

They count the mail-in ballots as the polls open, having already determined the makeup of the voters and who they were voting for. This gives them plenty of time to determine how many votes are needed at the close of the polls. This is rife with opportunities for fraud.

The other is that they don't count mail-in votes until they've counted at least 50% of the live votes. Again, the possibilities of fraud are numerous.

What you fail to realize is that 20 or more years ago, the left believed in elections and their integrity. They no longer do.

The outline I provided eliminates the possibility of election fraud by both sides and provides a path for a timely reporting of results.

Now, I don't really care if you agree with it or not. You simply don't really count in any meaningful way.

The problem is that it attacks the parties' power, and they'll never permit it.

Yet here you are caring and making your usual baseless allegations of cheating....
Baseless. Too funny.

I'm standing up for what is right in the face of a massive wrong going on in California. I can do that without caring about you, California, or even the results.

It's called debate, and we're permitted to join in it no matter what the other side thinks.

Irrelevant...they are often held within a month of election day.

Ummm no. In most states you can triage the ballots. They can release the parties of the early ballots but not the numbers.

Oh? Which states do that?

LOL...Until 2020, you didn’t think any election was rigged. You have bought the bill of goods because you support the blob who sold it to you.

Yeah...sure. Here you are caring. go fly a kite.

Massive voter fraud has never been proven...you guys always allege it when you don’t like the results. When you win...you are quiet as church mice.

Who cares. It isn't an impediment to enacting the outline as I presented it, as law.

Ummm no. In most states you can triage the ballots. They can release the parties of the early ballots but not the numbers.
So you just rewrote what I said, and you think it is different. Too funny.

That is an outright lie. I've always question the way in which the parties have too much control over how, when, and who, gets to count ballots on election days.

Yeah...sure. Here you are caring. go fly a kite.
Awww. You has a sadz....:lame2:

It's never been objectively investigated, and the courts have never reviewed the evidence of many of the investigations that have taken place.

Regardless of the outcome of the 2020 election, we need to take the lessons from it and close any and all loopholes.

I don't care that you have your fingers in your ears and are making la-la sounds to drown out voices you don't like.

Here's one simple suggestion to speed up the pathetically slow vote count in California. Any ballot that is not physically received by close of election day goes to the incinerator. Californians get their mail in ballots WEEKS before election. If you can't get your lazy azz to mail on time, it doesn't deserve to be counted.

Its a state issue.
