Why not? They're part of the problem, and Hollywood and Silly Cons Valley financed a lot of the political madness. It wasn't the poor who turned SF into a giant toilet, it was the Pelosis and the trust fund babies.

The more people they house the more they will spend and the more homeless will show up.

If you just give people homes they won't magically become good citizens, the vast majority of them will just sit there and suck up resources and money in a never ending cycle. You will have hundreds of thousands of people just sucking at the government tit.

The more they take care of people the more of them will show up. When you just hand out free shit the more people will come to get it. A lot of people will say "I can keep working to live in squaller, or I can not do anything and live in squaller for free......I'm going with free".

You get rid of the homeless by cracking down hard on criminals, dopeheads and crazy people. You push people to be stronger willed, intelligent, ambitious, responsible for themselves, you promote Christianity, you promote family, and you push American values, morals and standards. Basically you get rid of it by creating a society that is better.

When you just hand everything to the dregs of society all you do is perpetuate their existence and encourage them to increase in numbers.

They just want to throw money at the problem in an attempt to give the illusion of doing something.
