Even if they could prove it, that is a misdemeanor.......and according to Andrew Branca over at legal insurrection, the laws in Wisconsin on rifles is so messed up, it is possible they will drop that charge, the only reason the prosecution brought that charge was to try to show "recklessness".....and that too is falling apart.
