Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

Nearly every prosecution witness claimed that Kyle was acting in self defense.

It seems to me the prosecution knows Kyle is innocent of murder of the thug who was convicted of anally raping boys under 11 and who chased Kyle.

Kyle is very likely to get acquitted.

Why do you communists want this kid executed for your politics? You people are sick pieces of human trash.

The way you choose to not kill anybody with a gun is not putting yourself in a situation where you'd have to do it. When the Floyd riots took place, do you know how I avoided killing anybody with my gun? I didn't go to the riots downtown. I stayed home and let the police handle the situation.

Apparently the reason some did attack him is because he did have a gun and they were trying to disarm him. If he had no gun, they wouldn't have bothered him.

Manslaughter is when you kill somebody with no intent of killing them. For instance I'm at a bar and get into an argument with another guy. We both go outside to settle the score. In the process I kill the guy. I didn't agree to a physical fight to kill him, only to battle it out with him, but I killed him by accident anyway. I'm going to be held on charges of manslaughter and likely found guilty.

Now if I'm in a bar arguing with a guy, say I'm going home and he runs outside and attacks me, different situation. By fighting off his attack I am only defending myself even if I kill him.
We will never agree on it. I think the kid is stupid and Naive.........but he only shot when they kept chasing him. You want him in jail.........I don't .

If we were on the same jury I guarantee you a hung jury.

I have backed up the Use of FEDERAL TROOPS BEING USED to stop rioting. BTW

I have not seen a single piece of evidence in this trial so far that leads me to believe Kyle was out "looking for trouble"

Just the opposite actually. He was out seeing to give medical aid to anyone that needed it. He was attacked and defended himself.

The fact that he had a weapon does NOT = looking for trouble.

The car dealersip he went to protect turned him away.

Two brothers from the family-owned car dealership Kyle Rittenhouse said he was guarding on the night of the Kenosha shootings testified on Friday that neither had requested armed protection that night, from Rittenhouse or anyone else.

Sahil and Anmol Khindri said they both encountered Rittenhouse and other armed men on August 25, 2020, the day of the shooting, but only briefly.

The Khindri brothers' testimony is significant for prosecutors' efforts to paint Rittenhouse as a vigilante who recklessly and needlessly brought an AR-15 rifle into a dangerous situation. Rittenhouse's defense attorneys have sought to portray their client as a Good Samaritan who was providing much-needed protection to a family business that had requested it.

No way this kid belongs in jail.

He tried to push a LITERAL DUMPSTER FIRE AWAY FROM A GAS STATION AND WAS CHASED BY A MOB FOR DOING SO.

Anyone who has watched or reviewed the evidence sees this….and it is from the PROSECUTION.

The FBI drone footage is amazing.

The lying left wing faggots did not expect drone footage of the incident. :laughing0301: :hyper: :auiqs.jpg:

What are the main statutory exceptions to the Posse Comitatus Act?

There are many statutory exceptions to the Posse Comitatus Act, but the most important one is the Insurrection Act. Under this law, in response to a state government’s request, the president may deploy the military to suppress an insurrection in that state. In addition, the Insurrection Act allows the president — with or without the state government’s consent — to use the military to enforce federal law or suppress a rebellion against federal authority in a state,or to protect a group of people’s civil rights when the state government is unable or unwilling to do so.

There are ways around the Acts. It is a slippery slope. D.C isn't a State so Guard is Federal Authority. Trump was limited but could have used exceptions to the rule to end the madness.

98% of the fault belongs to the States that allowed this UNLAWFULLNESS.........What happened in Seattle was beyond BS.

I don't disagree with that, but look at your paste. It says "federal" which these riots were not. Trump did send troops when rioters went to a federal court house to try and start that on fire. That was different because they were attacking federal property within that city. Trump had the authority to protect that federal property.

It's well reported that Trump offered to send in the national guard before the riots on 1/6. He asked and they refused claiming the optics would not be right, so Trump didn't send them.

From what you watched or read, this is the most compelling evidence to you?

Based on this, you want murder 1?

No problem. You are entitled to your opinion as am I. People on the same side of the fence can have disagreements on various subjects. It's not like we are on the left where we all march to the lockstep of our leaders. I knew I was in for arguments when I made my statement. It's what I believe, perhaps from my training when I got my CCW license which is to do whatever possible to avoid having to use your weapon in public. I still strongly agree with that.

Bush Sr. sent in the 7th infantry of the Army. He also sent in Marines. Along with every dang Federal agency he could muster.

I showed the videos. He did it to regain control under the insurrection Act. He placed the National Guard under FEDERAL CONTROL.. I HAVE SHOWN THAT.

IT CAN BE DONE PERIOD.

I agree that we agree most of the time. Not here. We do agree that Kyle is Stupid. But I'd never give him any time..........What happened in this country with the riots is a NATIONAL DISGRACE.

I understand Trump's hand was limited..........but when they are burning down cities YOU DO WHAT YOU MUST DO.

It has been done by Bush Sr. And other times in history. Hell Eisenhower deployed the military in operation wet back after WWII. I BACKED THIS UP ON THIS THREAD.

How many cities did they burn down, eagle?

The jury won't buy it.

They will return a guilty verdict on all charges relatively quickly, because starting a fight, losing the fight, and then killing more than one person to cover up your violent folly ... when you had no business being there in the first place ... is understood to be murder by every reasonable human being.

History will be left only to wonder why on Earth did the guy not plead out. He had his whole life ahead of him. And the answer will be, his pride and idiotic beliefs caused him to kill, and then his pride and idiotic beliefs, combined with irresponsible legal counsel, caused him to throw that away on a vain hope of acquittal.

There comes a time when even the most committed leftist has to give up. This case is going against the prosecution very badly and they are likely to lose in a major, belly flop, way. No matter what the personal convictions of nutty court watchers are.

The best thing the prosecution can do at this point is to ask for a plea to a misdemeanor, like minor in possession of a weapon, fine and 30 days of community service. This preserves the prosecutor's record of convictions. It also protects the jurors from community wrath. Otherwise this will spin out into a massive loss. Massive losses do not look good for prosecutors.

I wear a gun every day. Does that mean im looking for trouble?

If you intentionally go to a violent gathering, yes it does. I wear my gun too, but I follow the advice of my training that says don't put yourself in any situation like that. Avoid it. Stay away from it. It's not like he was going to the store to buy a carton of chocolate milk and these guys came from nowhere and attacked him. He went there as an opponent of the rioters.

If anything he may get manslaughter convictions. Given he has no record they will probably give him less than 10 years if that, and reduced to 8 on good behavior.

This is just some kid that watched too many Rambo type of movies and acted out.

But, you know the kid was played.. So dumb.. The cops escorted him down to where the action was and he was carrying some kind of rifle.

That's news to me. I never heard or read that. Have a reliable source because I find it hard to believe they didn't check him out first to discover he was a minor and was illegally carrying a firearm.
