Fucking moron, the State's burden is to provevthe charges. Meanwhile, the testimony in the trial, which went unchallenged by the defense, is that Rittenhouse lied about his age and EMT credentials.

You claimed the Rittenhouse is obligated to prove that he is an EMT. That claim is dead wrong. Anyone who has ever watched a move or TV show about trials knows that the prosecution is required to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.

No one testified that Rittenhouse lied about being an EMT. The marine testified only that Kyle said he was an EMT and that the the marine thought he was 18.

Alcoholic beverages aren't exactly evil. Drinking beer and wine for teenagers under parental supervision is really normal behavior... especially in Kyle's circumstances...if I was just released from jail for shooting three people killing two I'd want a beer as well at a minimum.
But I'd probably drink it in the shower while trying to get clean from being in jail.
