Kyle Rittenhouse: Teen's homicide trial for Kenosha shootings opens with jury selection

Yes, true. An easy feat, with a rifle, and nobody shoots back. That doesn't earn him his gun discipline boy scout badge.

he clearly was not skilled at handling the weapon. Which, what do you expect, from a 17-year handling the illegal weapon for the first time? But even the basics, like how he carried it, were pretty amateurish. But again, he was a child.
He's a year older than my uncle was when he enlisted.

Today's testimony pretty much destroyed any hope for any of the murder charges sticking...
Also today's testimony was a great introduction for a malicious prosecution lawsuit against the city that has a fairly good chance of success.
mmm, not really... a judge having a hissy fit because a lawyer tried to sneak in character damaging evidence that's been prohibited is pretty much routine in any court case. But let's not forget this: The only person who survived being shot by Kyle Rittenhouse takes the stand

Defense is seeking a mistrial and the JUDGE is chewing the prosecutors ass threatening to approve it.
A mistrial for that is within the judge's call, but it would be lamest and most thin skinned reason for it, given the circumstances surrounding this case. But stranger things have been known to happen. Time will tell

Junior was SO full of it with this performance...and the judge seems a bit of a tool to buy into it. I tell you one thing, if this little POS doesn't do some real time in jail, this is going to set a nasty precedent in this country for both sides of the political/social fence.
Don't try to rob anyone, let alone someone who has a rifle strapped to them, you stupid fucking moron.

What the fuck makes you LWNJ moronic moonbat types think that you can just run up and steal a gun out of somebody's hands without getting shot?

Can you explain that to the USMB forum?

Nope. He was trying to protect property and help people. The rest is you lying.

Wrong.
If he had specific property to defend, then he would never have approached these 3 people he shot.
You don't "help people" by carrying a rifle with a 30 shot magazine.
