That is actually fixable...there's a name for the brief calling for the prosecutor to act on known crimes and evidence of crimes...(especially when admitted to by a witness on the witness stand)

GG also made several false statements on a police report. No charges.

A video also proves that GG was carrying a concealed weapon. But he didn't have a valid CCW permit. He couldn't get one because he has a previous conviction for carrying a firearm in public while intoxicated. Yet the Democrat prosecutor isn't charging him.
