FBI drone footage, a hundred different cell phone cameras, and security cameras of all that went on. Kyle was seen helping an injured protester. Kyle was of course seen happily scrubbing graffiti... Rosenbaum and the others were seen adding to the mayhem and destruction. As well as taunting and goading anyone and everyone who appeared to be standing guard.
The moment Kyle was isolated from his group the thugs attacked and Kyle tried to run away.

And after all that you STILL cannot point to ANY EXACT footage of interaction between Rittenhouse and the victims prior to the videoed chase/shooting. All you've done here is just string together some generalizations, supposition and conjecture with individual items. If what you say is true, then the defense should have no problem putting into the trial what you say. Time will tell.

Today's testimony pretty much destroyed any hope for any of the murder charges sticking...

The prosecutor should have known something was going very wrong when the defense agreed to allow the prosecution to provide a self defense legal expert to testify about how narrow self defense claims really are legally...about every parameter had to exist for such a claim had to be made...

And then the prosecution's own witnesses provided every parameter in defense of Kyle.

It got so bad that the judge today had to reprimand both legal teams about the expressions on their faces...the look of utter despair on the prosecution and utter glee on the defense.
