Jeez, talk about being on the wrong side of an issue. :disbelief:
The issue...my dim poster..is that an innocent man was sent to a prison in a foreign nation, by accident....and those who sent him simply shrug and say 'oh well'.
If that is the state of your ethical and moral universe, all I can say is, "Oh well" also~

This is a guy with an American wife and kids who the Administration admits they wrongly deported and refuses to do anything to correct that

And if you read through that you’ll see that the only reason he was ever thought to be a gang member is because some “confidential informant” (usually criminals themselves getting paid for information) claimed he was affiliated with a gang in NY … where he has never been
why were the gangs there fucking with him?....

Kind of strange how the MAGA crowd believes that just being a 'gang member' makes someone guilty of something.

Guilt by association has never been allowed in the U.S. - or at least it mostly hasn't.

So, if you're a member of a church and someone in your congregation commits a crime, you should be charged with that crime, right?

Should we apply that principle to all religious organizations & all those secret and semi-secret fraternal organizations that white men are so proud to be in?

Maybe even country & golf club memberships?

He was here illegally. That’s all we need to deport him.

Let me ask you a question? If a Nazi who was a war criminal lived in the US for 20 years was sent back to Germany, would that bother you?

Gangs are just like churches and country clubs now? Fucking retard.

My wife worked with a guy from El Salvador back in the late 80s....He emigrated here legally and wrangled a job with FEMA.....At Mt. Weather of all places!

One day he was escorted out and never to be seen again.....Come to find out the was a FMLN leader wanted for a score of murders in El Salvador. He was deported. No idea what happened to him there.

Just because you cleaned your life up does not mean your past misdeeds are forgotten nor forgiven by those affected by your past actions.
So you have a name of the guy?

Cause I know a guy who talked a lot shit about 'a guy from El Salvador back in the late 80s'...

The father from Maryland had a court order not to be deported by a Judge that heard his case...

But the MAGA boys here think they know best...

If he survives he has some civil suit against the Government... If not, he is family will...

A gang is a club. They've been part of American society for many years.

Essentially, they are no different than country club membership.

Sorry, if that reality contradicts your prejudices.

The level of stupid for this one is off the charts. 🤡 🤡 🤡

Being a member of a declared terrorist organization has a downside, Simp.
