Kind of strange how the MAGA crowd believes that just being a 'gang member' makes someone guilty of something.

Guilt by association has never been allowed in the U.S. - or at least it mostly hasn't.

So, if you're a member of a church and someone in your congregation commits a crime, you should be charged with that crime, right?

Should we apply that principle to all religious organizations & all those secret and semi-secret fraternal organizations that white men are so proud to be in?

Maybe even country & golf club memberships?
Gangs are not social clubs. Many of them got into gangs because they are criminals already. To get into some gangs, you have to have killed someone. Being a gang member is an admission that the individual has already committed one or more crimes.

This is a guy with an American wife and kids who the Administration admits they wrongly deported and refuses to do anything to correct that

And if you read through that you’ll see that the only reason he was ever thought to be a gang member is because some “confidential informant” (usually criminals themselves getting paid for information) claimed he was affiliated with a gang in NY … where he has never been
Maybe you could post a pic of him playing pee wee football, when he was like 12 years old or something.....

If that's true, there should be no problem prosecuting them thru the judicial system.

Or are you just making this up?

My wife worked with a guy from El Salvador back in the late 80s....He emigrated here legally and wrangled a job with FEMA.....At Mt. Weather of all places!

One day he was escorted out and never to be seen again.....Come to find out the was a FMLN leader wanted for a score of murders in El Salvador. He was deported. No idea what happened to him there.

Just because you cleaned your life up does not mean your past misdeeds are forgotten nor forgiven by those affected by your past actions.

That means he had to lie on both his travel papers AND his green card application.

He was prosecuted and deported two times.
