The administration does not want to establish the precedence of repatriation, so they are going to take the position that he is imprisoned in a foreign country and thus has no right to Habeas...the courts..even the SCOTUS have no jurisdiction.

My wife worked with a guy from El Salvador back in the late 80s....He emigrated here legally and wrangled a job with FEMA.....At Mt. Weather of all places!

One day he was escorted out and never to be seen again.....Come to find out the was a FMLN leader wanted for a score of murders in El Salvador. He was deported. No idea what happened to him there.
