Trump Team Performed a Masterclass in Obliterating This Narrative About the Deported Illegal Alien

"Fuckup"? We LOVE that he was deported. It would only be a fuckup if he DIDNT deport him.

You guys really suck at picking your battles. :dunno:

the problem is, most Americans aren't racist assholes who think deporting a father on false charges is a good thing.

This is not going to play out well for you in the long run.

The fact that you are trying desperately to claim human trafficking because he drove his buddies to work once shows you just picked the wrong fight.

Eventually, this guy will be brought back, and he will tell tales. The longer you drag this out, the more attention those tales will get.

It’s probably less than half but the bottom line is that they deserve a hearing. And for the most part they are waiting for those hearings fs faithfully.

And those that lose those hearings are deported.

The system works… and with more courts and more judges it works better.

Of course at the point where it works really well we have to figure out how to replace those workers

That’s when we realize that this has all been a cynical charade
"Replace those workers". Why do you support the exploitation of the voiceless for cheap labor?

Yeah, you keep telling yourself that. Eventually, Trump will buckle because he knows this is a bad look.
Never happen.
Then when Garcia gets on NBC and tells people what's going on down there, people will be horrified.
Remember when people got sick of the Iraq War after those pictures of naked prisoners being tortured?
Garcia is not coming back. The only torture pictures I remember was when Saddam and his thugs were torturing people and gassing Kurds.

Garcia had his day in court.

It resulted in a removal order.

End of story.
:linky:

I have not seen anything that says that. If the order was lifted, it certainly would help Trump's case.

In October 2019, after Abrego Garcia had “conceded his removability as
charged,” an IJ ordered Abrego Garcia’s removal from the United States under Title
8. App., infra, 7a; see id. at 60a.
The IJ determined, however, that it was more likely
than not that, if Abrego Garcia returned to El Salvador, he would be subject to per-
secution on account of his affiliation with his mother, whose “earnings from the
pupusa business” had been allegedly targeted by “the Barrio 18 gang.” Id. at 15a.2
The IJ therefore granted Abrego Garcia withholding of removal to El Salvador under
8 U.S.C. 1231(b)(3). App., infra, 11a-15a. Withholding of removal “only bars deport-
ing an alien to a particular country or countries,” INS v. Aguirre-Aguirre, 526 U.S.
415, 419 (1999)—in Abrego Garcia’s case, to El Salvador. Because “withholding of
removal is a form of ‘“country specific”’ relief” but does not confer any lawful status
within the United States, DHS remains free to “remov[e] the alien to a third country
other than the country to which removal has been withheld.” Johnson v. Guzman
Chavez, 594 U.S. 523, 531-532 (2021) (brackets and citations omitted).

Soooo......he could have been sent to a different country? Just not El Salvador.

And thank you for sharing that. Bits of it have showed up but I wasn't sure what they meant. It's all much more clear

Yes. Could have and should have. My guess is that ICE saw that this was a more difficult deportation, and moved on to easier pickings. The Biden came in and it was open season.

It was an error to deport him to El Salvador, but definitely not an error to deport him.

I found it very difficult to find on Google, even though I had seen it about a week ago in a Google search.

That order was from before Bukele cleared out the gangs in El Salvador.

Unknown to most, neither MS-13 nor 18th Street are Salvadoran gangs, they both started in Los Angeles. The illegal Salvadorans imported them to their home country. Bukele cleared them out, threw them in prison. That's how CECOT started.

Does not matter.

The order was still in place and DOJ (or whoever) violated it. That's really the end of the discussion.

Bring him back and send him somewhere else (if that is what you are legally allowed to do).

Don't ignore the law, regardless of circumstances.

We shouldn’t expect any less from an administration and a staff that knows how the liberal media operates.
When you know their playbook, you can make them do anything.
I must believe that while the press ranted about how Abrego Garcia was some “Maryland man,” who did nothing wrong, the Trump team slowly lured the entire industry into a trap, only to hit them with a one-two punch that knocked the media’s teeth out.

Garcia was deported back to El Salvador, his home country.
He’s not coming back. The Supreme Court never ordered him back; that’s another liberal media lie.
Yet, the media’s incessant push that Garcia isn’t an MS-13 member got obliterated when the Justice Department released documents proving that he was.
Meanwhile, this development dropped as Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) went to El Salvador to bring him back or at least try.
Just perfect timing:

BREAKING: DOJ & DHS release Kilmer Abrego Garcia documents. He was arrested in the company of known MS-13 gang members carrying marijuana and cash. A credible source confirmed he's an active MS-13 member with the rank "Chequeo" and the nickname "Chele.

With the gut-wrenching remarks delivered by Patty Morin, mother of Rachel Morin who was raped and murdered by an illegal from El Salvador in August of 2023, it was a masterful gutting of the media’s fake news operation.

Again, the media can never beat Trump or his team. All they can do is lie.

Also, Garcia's wife filed a restraining order against him. So, the Democrats wasted a ton of time defending a wife-beating, MS-13 gangbanger. Nice job, guys.

Literally Democrats are lining up to die on multiple hills that they are the 20% of 80/20 issues.
I mean I like that they are suiciding the party, I just don't know why they are doing it.

Trump gave a masterclass in lying and gaslighting.

IF TRUMP HAS ALL OF THIS EVIDENCE THE GUY IS A GANGBANGER, TAKE IT TO COURT.

The case has already been adjudicated, and the courts, 2 of them, ruled he was to be deported.
Due process has been performed.

Why are you so adamant to NOT FOLLOW THE LAW? To support your own lawlessness?
The law was followed. The law says illegal aliens can be deported. Some leftard judge's opinion does not constitute law. No administrative judge can overrule the US Code.

A court order is law. Stop lying.

A court order is law. Stop lying.
No, it's not.

Learn your Constitution.

There is only ONE branch of government that gets to make law.

The President can't do it, and the Courts can't do it.

ONLY THE CONGRESS gets to make law.

Stop with the bullshit leftard lawfare. Go take Civics 101. Shame on you.
