They should be summarily returned to Mexico as the country that they came from and let Mexico sort it out--they facilitated it as well. If the illegals want to pursue their day in court, they can be given a date that they can attend a hearing in courtroom on the border. If they are given asylum, fine, if not send them back. There is no way the American tax payer should be forced to shoulder the burden that these ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS have put on our society and court system.

Due process means he was processed under Title 8 removal proceedings, which he was not. Unless you know something I don't?

Our laws are very compassionate, and if you are silly enough to think they are not abused then your support is understandable. With this residency he was awarded for dubious reasons, there is some expectancy of positive behavior, something I think is missing here. If this slow rolling of criminals by the state would have been stopped years ago all this internal enforcement wouldn't be needed, but here we are now dealing with it. It has festered too long to be done nicely now.

Uh, the only reason why the system is "Slow-rolling" right now is because the first time Trump stained the White House with is leaky diapers, he and Stephen Miller dismantled a lot of the aparatus for hearing these cases.

Are some people abusing the laws? Probably. If we dedicated enough people to review the cases objectively, I suspect that half the people who've claimed asylum would be found to have made dubious claims.

But the other half had legitimate claims. This particular individual definitely did.
