Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was deported to El Salvador, is on his way back to the U.S. to face criminal charges - human trafficking. He's been indicted

So, this illegal alien that Democrats fought so hard over is now indicted on human trafficking charges.

The man some of you cried over, a human trafficker.

Aren't you proud of yourselves?

.

When he is indicted, tried, sentenced and convicted, and then deported again, are you losers going to still be whining about him not getting his "due process"?

.

I am indeed defending the Constitution and its protections. Its really sad how much MAGA has turned on the Constitution.

They only love the part where you can own guns so you can kill people. Outside of that, they couldn't care less of about anything else in it.

The first thing out of your fucking mouth was: "First, he isn't a human trafficker".

Why, W-H-Y, do you immediately start defending this piece of shit?

Maybe because he's never been charged nor convicted of that crime. He's only just now been "indicted" because the Trump administration is trying to find any way possible to justify his deportation, and to say, AHA, LOOK!

Why do you defend Donald Trump, an actual convicted felon?

Their hero is as vile as can be

The most vile ppl in jail have gotten due process. We're talking about murderers and torturers. It's because we still live in a free country. Something the cult despises

One thing that it does mean is that Trump lost his legal battle. He was forced to bring him back, as the courts stated but he disagreed with. The Democrats were not fighting by saying he was innocent, they were fighting because what Trump did was trample on our Constitution and our legal rights to go to court.

Who cares about Garcia's guilt or innocence? The problem is that he was not being given due process, which we are all entitled to. Now that Trump made the mistake and is being forced to rectify it, that is what this was all about. The Democrats have WON!

He isn't until found guilty of such. Simple fact
Did you all have that same stance when it was trump on trial? Or were you sure he was guilty before the trials were over?

Seems like i recall dems saying he was guilty before the trials even started.

So why did the liberals of Martha's vineyard, expeditiously remove the illegals from their island. Where was the due process? If those illegals can exist in any other part if the country, they can exist in Martha's vineyard.

Liberals didnt want due process then...

First, he isn't a human trafficker. This is the issue. He is innocent until proven guilty.

So its good to see the Trump administration do the right thing (even though many said it would never happen) to get his day in court.

If he is found guilty he should go to prison and deported after his sentence is served.

pk...you are a great American !

I am pretty sure LEOs are well trained in the Human Traffic area and when the Grand Jury brings back a indictment...my $$$ is on a conviction.

LOL

Garcia had due process in immigration court. He then appealed to BIA and lost. He made no further attempt to appeal, and this was years back.

He had an order of removal from this due process, he received the process he was due which Congress has set up for illegal aliens.

Wrong ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ every word of it.

Im curious, those Cubans, a few years back, when biden told them not to come, there was nothing for them here....wasn't that violating their due process?

??? what does one thing have to do with the other. Trump did Garcia an injustice. He harmed the man and harmed our laws.

In the case you provided (which I do not know the details of), common sense tells me that they did it to protect their legal lives but in doing so, those illegals were not sent to jails where they would be tortured and harmed. They were just removed and sent elsewhere. Illegals do not have the same rights as Americans do, AS FAR as where they are to live and be taken care of. No LEGAL rights were affected. In Garcia's case, his legal right was affected.

You should do a bit of research before making such a fool of yourself.

AI Overview

Information related to Kilmar Abrego Garcia's deportation reveals that his right to
due process was violated.
Specifically, this meant that he was not given the opportunity to:
  • Defend his rights in court: Despite having been granted legal status that protected him from removal, he was deported without a fair hearing where he could present his case.
  • Challenge the accusations against him: The deportation took place without providing him the chance to see or contest the evidence used to justify his removal.
This violation of due process occurred despite:
  • His legal status: Abrego Garcia had been granted "withholding of removal," a legal status that should have prevented his deportation to El Salvador.
  • The government's acknowledgment of the error: The Trump administration later admitted that his deportation was an "administrative error".
The importance of due process in deportation cases is highlighted by legal precedents:
  • The Fifth and 14th Amendments guarantee due process rights to all individuals within U.S. borders, regardless of immigration status.
  • The Supreme Court has consistently affirmed that even non-citizens have the right to challenge their detention and removal through legal processes.
Therefore, in Abrego Garcia's case, the denial of due process stripped him of his fundamental right to a fair legal process before being deprived of his liberty through deportation.

Because they are citizens
Different strokes for different folks

A denial of what he does not have does then in turn create more things the pitiful one is having “improperly administrated” upon him

No they are saying he was tricked and is being improperly prosecuted now
.

Aren't they fun?

We just need to arrest EVERYONE who's trying to stand in the way of cleaning out the invaders, and have a talk with them in prison.

I'll stop short of saying "kill them all and let God sort them out", but yeah...................
