Human trafficking for adults is tricky...it takes, those adults being transported unwillingly. The guys being transported to work sites, having been forced to do such, in order to get a conviction.

Yes, could be. Or he could have just been transporting illegals who were willing. If so, that isn't what I thought the definition of trafficking is. But I don't know.

It appears that he is charged with illegally transporting illegals, and taking money from them for it. So it wasn't against their will. I don't think the word "traffic" appears in the indictment.

As far as I know, none of Abrego Garcia's legion of Democratic-funded lawyers are claiming he has the right to stay due to his wife. Maybe after he beat her up, she decided not to apply for a green card for him.

Would you counsel a woman to apply for a green card for a man who has beaten her?
