They have no motivation to do so. Unions have been squashed in this country. If they attempted to have buses full of scabs cross the picket lines 60 years ago, they...

1) Would have a hard time even willing to find scabs to do it, as the prospective scabs would all be neighbors and family of union laborers and would not shit on their friends and family, and

2) The scabs would risk getting their faces tuned up, the next time they showed them at the local pub
