Kash Patel Undermines His "Big Case" Against Wisconsin Judge

It was more like the lickspittle to Trump. It isn't as if Eileen Cannon's rulings weren't overturned, or widely criticized by the legal community for their blatant bias for the defendent.
Lots of judges have their rulings overturned, but Cannon's ruling here was not overturned.

So, it's the law of the case.

Presidents and vice presidents work with a ton of classified documents in an open setting. It’s easy for classified documents to become mixed in with unclassified documents, making it easy for them to inadvertently be removed.
That's a weak excuse. I work in places with SCIFs where classified documents are stored. They knew they were given classified documents and should've known (because they were briefed) not to take those documents out of the secure area. Biden had classified documents going back to when he was a Senator. There's NO EXCUSE for him to possess classified documents when he's not the POTUS or the VP. However, you're telling me that neither noticed that they had classified documents with them and didn't bother to return it to be stored properly? In those cases, you have to sign the documents out from where they were stored.

That's nice, but people in the highest levels of government don't operate exclusively in SCIFs. The president and vice president engage with classified information in an open setting, with these documents being available in their offices at the White House or their homes.

The documents that Biden had from his time as a Senator were biographies of foreign leaders he was meeting on trips. These would have been included in their travel packets. It's not top secret military plans or anything.

Nope. As president and vice president, homes and offices are all secure environments. They don't have to be in a SCIF in order to view anything that is classified. It would be impractical to require that.

Since when are biographies classified? The investigation results would disagree with you.

On January 20 the FBI conducted a 13-hour search of the entire premises of Biden's Wilmington home. The next day his personal attorney Bob Bauer revealed the search, saying that the agents had examined "personally handwritten notes, files, papers, binders, memorabilia, to-do lists, schedules, and reminders going back decades". They identified and removed six documents containing classified markings from Biden's home office, some from his time in the Senate and some from his vice presidency. They also took possession of some of his notes. Biden and his wife were at their home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, at the time. CNN reported the search was conducted with the consent of Biden's attorneys, so a subpoena or search warrant was not required.

I suppose the biographies would be classified because they would have based in part from foreign sources. This was during the Cold War after all. The nature of the documents was discussed in the investigation with long list of what documents were found.

Of course he had them illegally. He wasn't in government anymore. When you leave government, you don't take classified government anymore. People that do, get prosecuted.

I've already said the judge can be prosecuted. You don’t get to lie to federal agents. Has nothing to do with the detainer.

If it was classified under your authority, you can give yourself the authority to have it.

President's are different, you dullard.

He had no authority to grant himself classified documents on January 21st, 2021.

Even if he could, that doesn't change the obstruction of justice.

That’s a lie, that’s why presidents have SCIFs at their home and the congress has one at the Capitol.

Although they may use a SCIF for some information, its not necessary for everything.

Well glad to see you’re moving your goal post from your view that they can simply review classified documents out in the open…

We do also know that xiden as a senator stole documents from the senate SCIF to his home…what he did with them…well there is a reason he had to give blanket pardons to his family going back over a decade

They can and do view classified documents in the open when at their homes and offices.

You know nothing.

Nope the DOJ said that Joey Xiden has no business with classified documents at his Delaware home or his UPenn office from his time as senator and VP, same wirth Clinton on her unsecured illegal server

And no it is never proper for a VP or SoS in to simply review classified material in public
Try and again

The DoJ also said that Joe Biden had no business with classified documents in Mar a Lago.

I didn't say in public, liar.

Agreed he had no business with them there…xiden frankly had no business there at all

Trump however had a SCIF and certainly did, in particular since it was his home as president

That’s not true they just retuned them back there

Yes he had a SCIf there. A SCIF is a room, not an entire building…thanks for once again showing us how clueless you are

If they were classified he had no excuse. Hur even mentioned Biden had extensive work with classified materials and should have known better.

BS.... Trump had a SCIF at Mar A Lago until Biden was sworn in.

An entire building can act as a SCIF if it's controlled, like the White House.

Trump's basement closet was not a SCIF. It's lock could be opened with a coat hanger. That's why the DoJ said he had no business with classified documents there when he was not president.
