I buy them at garage sales every summer, all you have to do is ask. If they're on the table, I never touch them because the price it usually too high.

One summer I bought twelve of them at garage sales, by just asking if they had any guns. Bought 'em cheap too, pennies on the dollar and no questions asked.

No....it is legal to buy a gun from someone selling their private property.....any licensed dealer has to use a background check....and guess what, doofus......a criminals will simply use a straw buyer to get any gun from any seller, or they will steal the gun.

And, doofus......it is already against the law for a criminal to buy a gun...so when they are caught with the illegal gun they can already be arrested.....and then, if the seller knew they were a criminal, they can be arrested as well....just like the cops do with people caught with illegal drugs.....
