I'm not sure why you think the left should just roll over for Trump because he won by a whopping 1.5% of the vote. Biden and Obama won by far more convincing margins, and the crazy wing of the GOP fought them every step of the way.

You work on the assumption that "unmarried" means there's no father in the child's life. That simply isn't true.

No, blacks were not making "Great Strides", the black poverty rate in 1959 was still 55%. This is with the OOW birth rate among blacks only being about 20% (Still much higher than whites).

Our government was designed by very wise and smart people who distrusted unchecked governmental power having just experienced it with Great Britain. The Electoral College was a check on the power of the three most powerful states that prevented them from running roughshod over the rights of the ten less powerful states. We see the same dynamic being played out today when a single or handful of blue cities run roughshod over all the rest of the population of the states. People like you have spent over two hundred years trying to destroy the checks and balances in favor of an all-powerful central government that can dictate to the people instead of being dictated to BY THEM as was designed.
