Trump is saying she should be shot if she tries to do anything to the second amendment.

The case was assigned to U.S. District Judge Louise Flanagan, a George W. Bush appointee based in New Bern. Will Acting AG Todd Blanche act as the lead prosecutor here? I highly doubt it. Some lower level DOJ line attorney will be made to look the fool. This indictment will no doubt be tossed after opening motions before the judge. The seashell pic is at best ill-defined and interpretive, and protected under free speech statutes.
