Justice Department indicts former FBI Director James Comey for a second time

How do we determine that?

The reason I ask because I'm still having the fight with the right of the claim that the 2020 election cases weren't decided on merit. This despite me citing the judges saying over and over again the evidence was insufficient.
THat's not on the merits. For you to win, the court will have to dismiss the case saying he was expressing constitutionally protected speech

So YOU would personally be posting that Trump should not be taken seriously or suffer and negative consequences if he posted the same thing about Biden.

I was asking about what YOU would post regarding the incident.
I wouldn’t post anything. I rarely, if ever, comment on the crazy shit that Trump posts during his bizarre tirades.

Its not protected speech but it isnt worth a prosecution

He is telling the truth, you loons would love to do away with the second amendment. Anyway I didn't hear Trump wanting violence against her. Try again.
Trump is saying she should be shot if she tries to do anything to the second amendment.

It’s similar to the 2nd amendment extremists who have long said that they would engage in warfare against the United States if they felt threatened.

Accordong to the DOJ, the above pic of seashells posted by James Comey on Instagram in May of 2025 is supposedly a threat against President Trump. The case was assigned to U.S. District Judge Louise Flanagan, a George W. Bush appointee based in New Bern. Will Acting AG Todd Blanche act as the lead prosecutor here? I highly doubt it. Some lower level DOJ line attorney will be made to look the fool. This indictment will no doubt be tossed after opening motions before the judge. The seashell pic is at best ill-defined and interpretive, and protected under free speech statutes.

The evidence being insufficient to warrant going to trial is not deciding the case on merit?

By the way? What has a ruling on it being protected speech to do with a charge of threatening the president? Sure it's a reason to dismiss but it doesn't really answer the specifics of the charge.

This is why I want the wager to be specific.

No. I also think Stolen Valor should be a criminal offense and, if they resist, SHOOT THEM IN DEAD. :)

TBH, I doubt they'd resist. Such people are cowardly little POS who'd more likely dookie in their pants like Trump did at the Hilton when danger is present. Comey served our nation honorably. Trump and his cowardly minions have not.
WTF does that have to do with the topic?

You are humorous to the extreme! You post drivel and lies like just about every other TDS-afflicted moron. Off to the ignore list! You are just a waste of my time!

Forget about it. No bet.

SCOTUS has already ruled that threats against the President are NOT protected by free speech. Have a nice day!

15th post
The convicted felon/sexual abuser/business fraud is now indicting the target of one of his petty vendettas based upon a photographed seashell pattern being "a serious expression of an intent to do harm to the President of the United States."

While walking on a beach, he took a picture of seashells.

GRAND JURY

Comey could have conveyed his arcane malevolent message much less ambiguously:
