President Trump is the Constitutional Head of the Executive Branch if the attorneys did not know that they shouldn't have been attorneys to begin with.

These judges were just continuing their assault on Trump and his followers first amendment rights. They tried to jail or disqualify Trump first. Then their actions encouraged people to try to kill him. When both failed, they tried to lock up all of his followers, even going as far as to reclassify PTA mothers as homegrown terrorists.
