It is a remarkable moment. But any honest person knows that Jackson has no business being a Federal judge, let alone a Supreme Court Justice.

The liberal justices are having a hard time being in the 6-3 minority, which makes them very mouthy. Roberts has tried his best to maintain dignity of the court and not to attack each other but the liberal justices have made it damned near impossible. So, ultimately, they have to be put in their place, as Barret did. Jackson was an obvious DEI hire who cares more about liberal causes than she does the law. She just uses her position to be an activist instead of a judge.
