In the case of rape, the woman doesn't have a choice.
Neither does it in any way address the fact that pregnancy has an inherent risk that you force upon the woman. Forcing someone to risk their life is not something you should do. No matter if I would accept the argument that they are themselves responsible for it.
It also doesn't address the fact that although you want society to impose this child upon the woman, you also (this is an assumption) don't accept that society has a responsibility towards the child once it is born.
Lots of stuff is preventable. That doesn't mean a mistake should change your life in a fundamental way if you can and if it's possible to avoid those consequences.
When a person gets lung cancer from smoking does that mean he should die because it's his own fault?

1. A death sentence is giving too much power to government. Government is known to **** everything up.
2. No person has the right to be parasitic of another person. Child birth must be willing. No other person can demand one human act as host to another, regardless of how the host came to be in that situation.
