Maybe it's the pressure we are all experiencing, the multiple global/domestic issues, some due to covid, or, even the fact that politics and society has become so divisive. However, this is my observation.

Almost every Leftist belief: Open borders don't affect illegal immigration; Government spending doesn't affect inflation; Trump colluded with the Russians; Inflated unemployment benefits don't affect employment; There is no difference between males and females; Voter ID undermines fair elections; The Arctic ice cap is disappearing; 30 million additional ballots counted in 2020 is not a statistical anomaly; Renewable energy can replace fossil/nuclear energy; Biden is not mentally impaired; Dissent is hate speech, Covid vaccines/boosters are 100% effective and have no side effects; etc.

Facts and logic have disproven every one of these beliefs, but they are not to be spoken of on pain of defamation and/or criminal prosecution. (Burning at the stake is no longer permitted due to environmental concerns.)
