Jury deadlocked on Daniel Penny manslaughter trial

Except he's not innocent. He choked a smaller, weaker man to death for six minutes.

He subdued a crazed person for 6 long minutes till the police finally arrived.

The only crimes that have been committed are by the criminal justice system which allowed a violent crazy person to roam free, preying on the weak, and then to cover up for their disgusting lack of doing their duty they charged Penny with a crime.

If you pummel a man to death because he 'Scared" you, that's homicide.

Two witnesses on the stand Friday who left the scene, only coming forward after learning Neely had died.

A mother on the train with her 5-year-old told the court that Neely was "very erratic and unpredictable."

She also said, "My son started asking me questions, 'why did he want to go to prison,' and also testified, "I actually took the stroller that I had and put it in front of my son to create a barrier."

It never should have gone to trial in the first place. I don't know how much Trump and his team will be able to turn around the total mess that leftism, progressivism, wokeism has made of this country, but we seriously need to get back to a concept of the rights of law abiding citizens and those who legitimately act to protect themselves and others should be at the very least on a par with criminals or those threatening law abiding citizens.

And all citizens should be permitted the use of reasonable force to protect themselves or others without having to go through a prejudicial court trial as a result of that.
