He subdued a crazed person for 6 long minutes till the police finally arrived.
The only crimes that have been committed are by the criminal justice system which allowed a violent crazy person to roam free, preying on the weak, and then to cover up for their disgusting lack of doing their duty they charged Penny with a crime.
If he were a black guy there would not be any charges. If he were an illegal he would be given a Medal of Honor. Passengers were scared for their lives. You lied. Why do you constantly lie?
According to your link many passengers were scared for their lives and one homeless guy who came on the scene late said he felt guilty for not doing enough
If this were a sane case or if the elected DA wasn’t a scumbag, since Penny cannot be retried on that now dismissed count, it makes little sense to retry him on the lesser if (when) the jury is hung this time.
I posted a link that passengers were terrified. Get real. I ask again. Why did you lie? You do so frequently. Is it a mental illness? Is it just you trolling?
Wrong again. If someone breaks into your house wielding a knife, you are allowed to shoot him. You don’t have to grab your own knife and engage in a “fair fight”.

Alethea Gittings, seen on body camera, testified that she thanked Daniel Penny and that he asked her to tell officers at the precinct, to which she replied, "Of course I will."
"The guy in the tan did take him down like, very respectfully and just like held. He just held him. Yeah, yeah, He just held him. He didn't choke him," Gittings said in body camera footage.
Two witnesses on the stand Friday who left the scene, only coming forward after learning Neely had died.
A mother on the train with her 5-year-old told the court that Neely was "very erratic and unpredictable."
She also said, "My son started asking me questions, 'why did he want to go to prison,' and also testified, "I actually took the stroller that I had and put it in front of my son to create a barrier."

A judge granted a motion from Manhattan prosecutors to dismiss the more serious charge of second-degree manslaughter against Daniel Penny on Friday in his trial over the chokehold death of Jordan Neely on a New York City subway last year.
The ruling clears the way for the jury to consider a remaining lesser charge of criminally negligent homicide. It came after a Manhattan jury said they were deadlocked twice on the manslaughter charge and Penny’s defense attorneys renewed their motion for a mistrial. . ."
It never should have gone to trial in the first place. I don't know how much Trump and his team will be able to turn around the total mess that leftism, progressivism, wokeism has made of this country, but we seriously need to get back to a concept of the rights of law abiding citizens and those who legitimately act to protect themselves and others should be at the very least on a par with criminals or those threatening law abiding citizens.
And all citizens should be permitted the use of reasonable force to protect themselves or others without having to go through a prejudicial court trial as a result of that.
No. That’s another lie. No one said the words “excessive force”
Do you ever not lie? It’s a like a hobby for you. He was praised as a hero. Due to the social justice BS in NYC this was brought to trial. Police didn’t want to charge him.

Did he? Did you witness it? Or are you part of the left that thinks criminals and dangerous people should have more rights than those they threaten and/or victimize? That nobody should intervene in criminal acts? And if you think making that argument is 'whining' so be it. I will continue to 'whine' to my grave that people who protect and defend the innocent are heroes and those who protect and defend criminal acts are either criminals themselves or idiots.
