These are silly questions. Direct payments can and must be made. `As for what junkotare asked, nobody asks these questions of native Americans who get money annually. I am sure there will be ways to certify descendancy, but the reality here is that things didn't stop after slavery. I think this is something that really needs to be understood.

I 'am saying white people should stay out of black neighborhoods until some kind of slavery reparations is paid to blacks. Its like having an open wound, that was never treated. Years of rape murder, and forced labor! . This whole slavery thing is a war crime on America's past.

Interesting that you want whites to stay out of colored neighborhoods. A good friend of mine manages one location of a small, local liquor store chain. She's white. The owner of the chain is white. Most of the employees are white. The store is located on the darkest street in town.

Countless negroes either walk to the store from their hovels or they ride bicycles. Pulling this white-owned business out of that neighborhood would cause a fuckin' riot, as it would appear as though the monkeys simply can't live without their box wine and 99 Minis. 60% of that store's client base is negro, yet they spend so little (because they have no taste and buy garbage booze) the revenue from them equals only about 35% of the total. If whites stopped going there the store would shut down.

Oh, and on the topic of "most of the employees" being white? The store is constantly hiring. The vast majority if people I've seen filling out applications are white, but there are a few who aren't. Of those "people of color" who've been hired (about six, I think), only one of them has made it beyond the 90 day probationary period the store has for new employees. Some got hired, worked a day or two, and then just stopped coming into work.

Why? Because they're lazy fucks, that's why.

With rare exceptions, negroes simply do not possess the same level of work ethic as whites do. They don't want to do the work.

But the one black kid who did make it past 90 days? He's now an assistant manager making $16 an hour with full benefits and a 401K. See, he wanted to do the work...
