Judge rules deportation was “an illegal act”

You voted for a serial plagiarist who showered with his daughter, right?

You have some real psycho- sexual issues.

In 2019 during an immigration hearing, a judge issued a removal order, but added a clause preventing Abrego Garcia's removal to El Salvador because there was enough evidence he could be persecuted if returned home.

Your hero had an existing removal order, moron.
I did not vote for either candidate in the 2024 election.
you vote for "this guy"?

Is that what's being insisted on? Not by me. Only that his deportation was illegal, and as admitted to by the regime, unwarranted.
Garcia Is/was an illegal alien

He should have self deported before ICE picked him up

He's in El Salvadoran custody. You think they take the weekend off?

What "suspected MS 13 member"?
The dude that was deported. They had a hearing on it. Judge agreed he was a MS 13 member. He appealed and didn't contest that he was a MS 13 member. When it went back down, for some reason the judge said he was deportable, but don't deport him. Don't know why. I haven't seen that order.

Thank you for that eloquent reply, but Trump's "Remain in Mexico" policy is still governing.

Be that as it may not even Donald Trump has the power or authority to override The U.S. Constitution or the SCOTUS.
When I hear MAGAts squealing about "federal district judges lacking authority and/or jurisdiction" to issue rulings that limit The POTUS' authority, I know that anyone trying to make that argument is misinformed. This is EXACTLY what federal courts are supposed to do.
Living in southern NM if I felt that my constitutional rights had been violated by the Trump Administration I wouldn't go to The U.S. Supreme Court to make my initial case. I would start with The U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. After that if either party is dissatisfied with the outcome of the case, a federal appeals court is the next step up the ladder.
And so on, with the final stop being The SCOTUS.
Most often though The SCOTUS will decline to hear cases that make their way that high if the court determines that the rulings of the lower federal courts are sound and do an adequate job of addressing/clarifying constitutional questions.

The courts found Remain in Mexico legal, it is still in effect.
That policy does not apply to this case. A judge already ruled on that.
Remain in Mexico deals with immigrants coming to the Mexico-U.S. border seeking asylum anyway.

Other countries are supposed to be sending us their very best.

Emma Lazarus' poetry isn't US immigration law, regardless of how much libs think it is.

That’s a slogan, nitwit.

Leftoids were importing the worst of the worst from third world backwaters.

Oh dear. You’re getting rather triggered. You’re left to cuttinfpg and pasting undated, unsourced photos in an attempt to justify Biden showering with his young daughter.
you lost me at cuttinfpg :)

Anyone who believes that "Send us your worst" is a good slogan deserves what the left cultists are about to get.
