Judge rules deportation was “an illegal act”

This is Reuters' liberal spin on the story and it still makes this judge look dumber than a pile of anvils.

April 5 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge ruled on Friday that the Trump administration must return a Maryland man who was wrongly deported to El Salvador back to the United States within three days, the latest legal setback for the administration's hardline deportation policies.

But the administration has argued it has no legal authority to bring him back to the country, though Abrego Garcia's lawyers dispute that.
"They put him there, they can bring him back,” Andrew Rossman, lawyer at prominent law firm Quinn Emanuel that joined Abrego Garcia’s legal team on Friday, said in a statement.
In a statement, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Xinis should contact President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador "because we are unaware of the judge having jurisdiction or authority over the country of El Salvador."
In a court filing on early Saturday, the U.S. Justice Department called the judge's order "indefensible" and urged the appeals court to immediately pause the ruling.
The United States said Abrego Garcia "has no legal right or basis to be in the United States at all" and that "the public interest obviously disfavors his return, let alone a slapdash one conducted as the result of judicial fiat."

After questioning government lawyers, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis ruled at a Greenbelt, Maryland, court hearing that the government must take steps to bring him back to the United States by April 7.

I love how Reuters puts the Judge's name at the bottom of the story. That is so the reader doesn't automatically think "Who?" I haven't looked her up, but based on the other judges who have made these crazy rulings, there's a ninety percent chance that she is an Obama or Biden appointee.
Another flop from the flop.

Who's "someone"? You mean felon 47 & his goons who deported this guy knowing that they were breaking the law but did it anyway?

That's getting it right, dummy?
Prove it.

What the illegal gangbanger’s lawyers say isn’t proof of anything, Moron.

That's funny. The press sec said the exact opposite yesterday.

Wanna see her real answer, or are you going to keep believing the lies from the media?

Funny. She makes a whole lot of claims that aren't supported by the actual court filing.

What do you think is likely the truth. Something the government says during a press briefing or what they say in a court filing?

No, they are addressing the bullshit claims of the gangbanger’s lawyers.
I gave you the source. Denying it exists is lame. It's literally under the heading statement of facts.

No, it's because of the administration and Trump's long history of being less than honest.

The economy has been bad for years. Trump certainly aint helping.
The reason you think Trump is a liar is because of the media.
You actually thought Biden was running the White House too, but we only discovered he wasn't recently because of the auto-pen controversy.

The truth is we're given a choice between somebody who supports terrorists and criminals, can't figure out the difference between men and women, and is sending trillions overseas to our enemies, or....a guy who tends to stretch the truth a bit, and you only feel that way because the media spends all of their time writing fake stories about him.

The reason we think Trump lies is because we can read and can see the difference between what they say in court and what they say in press briefings. I looked up the actual court filing. No media required.

How is this impossible? They managed to deport him in a matter of hours to get him airborn before the judge stoipped it.
Sure, when he was in U.S. custody.

It's the weekend. Even if Trump somehow had the power to order El Salvador to release a violent gang member, who would be at the office to receive the order?

Do you really think that judge is dumb enough to think her order could actuallly be carried out? If she is that dumb, how can she sign her name in cursive?

Question for you: Should that suspected MS13 member come back in custody, or as a free man?

He's in El Salvadoran custody. You think they take the weekend off?

What "suspected MS 13 member"?

What law do they admit violating? Can you cut and paste that part?

GREENBELT, Md. (AP) — A federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to arrange for the return of a Maryland man to the United States after he was mistakenly deported to a notorious El Salvador prison, while a U.S. government attorney was at a loss to explain what happened.

Good gawd you're a moron. The illegal was not "deported to a notorious El Salvador prison", he was deported to his home country.

The reason you think Trump is a liar is because of the media.

That and the whole "stolen election" B.S.

You actually thought Biden was running the White House too, but we only discovered he wasn't recently because of the auto-pen controversy.

No, you can go back and read my posts where long before the election I noted that Biden was no longer anywhere near capable of the position.

But yours is a typical pavlovian response.

I disagree with relegating the country to such lousy choices.

The reason you think Trump is a liar is because of the media.
Actually, it's because he lies constantly.

The idea the judge's order is "constitutionally intolerable” is a disingenuous smokescreen for the simple fact that the regime does not want to ask El Salvador to return Garcia. Which it easily could. Because it does not want to set a precedent allowing for the return of other men who were deported without due process. Perhaps because with each admission a deportation was done in error it opens up the regime to massive law suits.

Nah. What's said in court isn't always the truth.
Evidence and opinions are two different things.
And these judges are trying to make their opinions our opinions.

Obama/Biden judges don't believe in enforcing the law or even following the law.
That's why they were put on the bench.
