Judge "orders" Trump Administration to stop arresting people in California

Read the law you admit ignorance to. Find the part about “ ports of entry’.

What port of entry was passed through for “gotaways” of for those on the early morning flights that Biden used to import illegals.

Show us the part of the immigration code that provides for Biden’s illegal “parole” and release of / transportation for illegals across the country.

(a)Authority to apply for asylum
(1)In general
Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien’s status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title.

How many of Biden’s “ gotaways” applied for asylum?

Application for asylum does not make illegal border crossing somehow legal.

No federal is paramount

A federal judge [Judge Maame Frimpong of the Central District of California] ordered the Trump administration to stop immigration agents in southern California from "indiscriminately" arresting people based on racial profiling, saying that it had likely broken the law by dispatching "roving patrols" of agents to carry out sweeping arrests.

The supreme court already ruled on "freedom of movement" granting a right (using a conglomeration of amendments) confirming it as a constitutional right.
But that's not the point here, is it? The question is whether you are here legally. Your freedom of movement is generally unrestricted unless such movement provides authorities with enough suspicion to detain you, or in this case, being here illegally.

Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

The fact that they were among other illegals at the time of detention and questioning shows that ICE actions at that time were not motivated by race, but by suspicion that these people, too, might be illegal immigrants. That is what prompted the detention and questioning. The idea that it was race-motivated is a scurrilous charge not based on any legal merit whatsoever.

They applied for asylum and as refugees.
“…, because I say so”

Show us the data.

When did the left’s Marvel comics superhero, AKA, The Maryland Man™ apply for asylum?

Catch-22. They have no right to demand identification (under freedom of movement) to determine if they're here illegally.

You continue to equate illegal border crossings with requests for sanctuary

Biden did not allow illegal entry
Asylum is supposed to be for those fleeing torture or persecution. There is no such thing as an 'economic refugee.' If someone pays a Coyote to get them to the border and the Coyote abuses them they do not qualify for asylum. If they don't like where they live, they do not qualify for asylum. In order to determine if an asylee's story is true, they have to be interviewed and researched. Biden screwed that up by letting in 14 million unknowns. Now, it is impossible to give all of them due process and ICE is now charged with finding and deporting illegal aliens who are criminals both here and in their country of origin.

Yes he did allow illegal entry, tacitly, by letting the border wall rot, not enforcing the border, calling border agents racist, rescinding the 'stay in Mexico' policy, allowing sanctuary cities or at least not pushing back which virtually welcomed illegals. I saw a reporter interview illegals at the border and all of them said Biden was the reason they tried the trip.

Biden was a total disaster and one of the worst POTUS ever.

There a millions of Europeans (AKA white people) illegally in the US. Yet ICE only targets brown people. Or people speaking Spanish, as opposed to a European foreign language.

That's discriminatory, and illegal.

“Freedom of movement under United States law is governed primarily by the Privileges and Immunities Clause of the United States Constitution which states, "The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States."

Note the term “citizens”. Did you know that illegal aliens are not US citizens?

Freedom of movement has to do with the Citizens of each State having the same privileges as citizens from other States. Illegal-aliens are not included.

Has nothing to do with randomly demanding papers from both citizens and non-citizens

It;'s also under the 4th amendment that applies to "the people"

“The right of the people ...
