He's better able to serve than most, if not all, Republicans.

It is the responsibility of Santos' voters to remove him from office--the same as it is the responsibility of Fetterman's voters to remove him.

If the issues were policy and performance, sure.
But Santos is a criminal to the level that his criminality and shoes dropping all around him are no longer a surprise.
