My very first thought when I heard an audio recording of Old Corrupt Joe bragging about how he used the threat of pulling economic assistance to the Ukraine if a corruption investigation that hit close to his son wasn't shut down instantly!
He even brought Obama into the threat as back up ("call him if you don't believe it!").

He must be insane if he thinks someone like Bernie Sanders won't use this information or an investigation won't be started. What an utter fool!
