Shitlibs will still claim he's the picture perfect of mental health
The real kicker is that this guy is still less deranged and more informed than at least 1/2 of the people that voted for him.

"Biden's first brush with elected office came in 1970 when he was elected to the County Council in Delaware's New Castle County, the northernmost in the small state and home to its largest city, Wilmington. This was two years before Biden was first elected as a U.S. senator for Delaware. New Castle County boasts the densest Puerto Rican population in the state, particularly in Wilmington and the neighboring city of Elsmere."
Him and Julio Cornpop down by the school yard.Does this mean a Julio-Corn exists??
New Castle County boasts the densest Puerto Rican population in the state, particularly in Wilmington and the neighboring city of Elsmere. In 1970 the population was 4,814. How many of them do you think was Puerto Rican?
That's not a number, HOW MANYNew Castle County boasts the densest Puerto Rican population in the state, particularly in Wilmington and the neighboring city of Elsmere.
Then absolutely he was not raised in a Puerto Rican neighborhood. It must have been Scranton as he claimed all along.Oh look..the jackals are circling

Way to go bigotThey can step on spiders in corners.
How many in 1970 were Puerto Rican out of 385,000 if they have a 5% Hispanic populationYea idiot. Know why?
when he was elected to the County Council in Delaware's New Castle County,
Enough to be a political voting block and that's what Biden said. How many in 1970 were Puerto Rican out of 385,000 if they have a 5% Hispanic population
He said he "was raised in Puerto Rican community". At age 10 his family moved to Claymont which has a population today of 9,895 people of which 7% are Hispanic. That's less than 980 people. I have a hard time believing in 1952 when Biden was 10 he spent any time with Puerto RicansEnough to be a political voting block and that's what Biden said.
"politically"
He said he grew up in a PR community. How old was he in 1970, Simp?Oh look..the jackals are circling
