Christ was going to be sacrificed. That was always God's Plan, and He made it happen. The Jews extant were part of the Plan; they had no choice in the matter. To blame the Jews for Christ's sacrifice is like blaming the hammer because you hit your thumb with it.

I disagree that the Pharisees and Sadducees had no choice because I don't think God created us to be his puppets that he manipulates at will. But nobody can make a rational argument that the Jews, like ALL other people, has its own bad actors in its midst. I believe Jesus was God incarnate and yes, He intended to sacrifice Himself for the salvation of the people He loved. That God knows what is in our hearts and what we will do without a change of heart does not mean he puts the evil in our hearts. That at least is my belief.

Being Texan, I've met very few Jews in my life. The few I have met were just in passing, so it's not like I could get presumptuous and ask them personal questions about Jews.

I've read books, I've seen documentaries, etc...............

Most of it stems from the Hitler era, and I understand why Adolph Hitler hated Jews. BUT.......WHY is there hatred NOW?

Is it as simple as progressive hatred from the Nazi era? Or is it something else completely?

I really don't understand this particular kind of hate. But I would like to understand.

advent of islam. Today there are jews in Germany and even in Poland.
The community of jews in the land of my husband's birth existed in that
land for over 4000 years-----today it is COMPREHENSIVELY gone. Kabul
Aghanistan had---at one time---a thriving jewish community----I am not
sure if the last jew still there remains there or is alive

A small correction :
Out of the 3 tribes, Khaybar had the male population decapitated and the rest enslaved.

Other 2 tribes were expelled from Arabia so they would tell the story of what was happening.

Jesus could not be G-D of Abraham incarnate. That is not Judaism. It is definitely Paganism where Zeus or Jupiter have a child with a human. That is classic in Greek and other mythologies.

Jews were waiting for a Liberator to free them of the Roman conquest. There had been many like Jesus before, and after, who did not fulfill the role as the Maccabees had done a hundred years before, defeating the Persians and Greek. Which is where the holiday of Hannukah comes from.

The G-D of Abraham, which Jesus followed, had nothing to do with the idea of turning a human into a god. Which happened much later as Jesus went from being a Demi god to a full god, creator of the Universe by much later Christians after Rome took over Christianity.


If Jesus was a god, Judaism would not be Judaism - following one G-D, but just like paganism, having more than one god.

Look up the early writings of Paul of Tarsus and then the gospels. All Jew haters believe those words to be true. That Jews killed Jesus and kept the world from being saved.

That is at the root of Christianity and lies, fear and hatred of Jews.

Nothing has changed in 2000 years since the first letters to Paul's followers were written.

Nazism, Communism, etc are all consequences of 2000 years of endless attacks on Jews, verbal and physical for daring to not accept Jesus and not save the world.

No such thing would have been possible, to save the world, that is not what waiting for a Messiah is all about. It is about liberating the Jews from their conquerors. Paul invented something else and the rest is a horrible history since then.

Jewish men and women at the top have a lot of power. I went to Catholic School for 12 years. I never heard a Nun, a lay teacher or a Priest say anything racial, bigoted, in any way toward African Americans or Jews.

Check out the Christian German Visigoth. Check what their history with Jews was at the time. How Germany was influenced by them from then on.

Same thing with Russia. Early converts to Christianity followed the teachings of Paul of Tarsus and then gospels.

How those beliefs and teachings is what made Germany what they became later on. The same with Spain, Portugal and many other countries which abandoned their pagan beliefs for Christianity.
