Why would a drug runner have 11 people jammed in to the boat, instead of making room for the weight of more drugs? Why does a drug runner want 10 other witnesses on board and their weight slowing him down? Why would a boat 1600 miles away from America, even if filled with drugs, be an imminent threat to America? Vance should punch Krassenstein right in the face. We are not talking about a /criminal/ matter here, we are talking about a /war/ action, taken in the self-defense of the 80,000+ of our people killed every year directly due to them. You don't bestow due process on the enemy you are at war with.
