January 6 Committee…what a joke!

The leftists in this thread are demented avenger subverted demoralized Stalinist Marxist Leninist zombie ASSHOLES.
No facts offered to them can sway their programming.
No amount of facts, documents, quotes; NOTHING can be processed by their brainwashed minds.
Arguing with these zombies is akin to explaining geometry to your dog or cat.
Stalinberg and Marener are the WORST.
This concludes today's PSA.
Proceed with caution.....
Beyond all that it doesn't matter anymore.

FBI search of Mar-a-Lago - Wikipedia

FBI search of Mar-a-Lago

In January 2022, NARA retrieved 15 boxes of documents, gifts, and other government property from Mar-a-Lago that should have been transferred to NARA at the end of Trump's term.[50][57][58] The boxes included documents from the CIA, the FBI, and the National Security Agency on a variety of topics of national security interest. Archivists and federal agents determined that 184 unique documents (totaling 700 pages)[59] had classification markings, of which 25 documents were marked "top secret", 92 "secret" and 67 "confidential".[60][61] This material included:

"sensitive national security information",[62][63][58][57] including signals intelligence[64] and the Kim letters[50]

documents governed by special access programs (SAP), a type of protocol reserved for extremely sensitive U.S. operations conducted abroad, intended to significantly limit access to the information[65][66][67]

documents marked as "HCS, FISA, ORCON, NOFORN, and SI"[61][68]

The document about Iran that he showed off at Bedminster in July 2021 may have been among the documents surrendered at this time; a military document marked "TOP SECRET//NOFORN" was in Trump's possession until January 17, 2022, and Trump was eventually charged with possessing it.[69]

Trump attorney Alex Cannon helped to transfer these 15 boxes to NARA.[70] The documents were stored in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) while DOJ officials considered how to proceed.[57]

Trump's statement regarding return of records

After transferring the 15 boxes, Trump dictated a statement that "everything" requested by NARA had been returned, and he told Cannon to send a similar statement to NARA. Cannon declined because he was not sure it was true, and a different statement was released three days later, saying that "[t]he papers were given easily and without conflict and on a very friendly basis".[70]

NARA makes criminal referral

On February 7, 2022, NARA put out a news release acknowledging the receipt of the 15 boxes and the claim by Trump's representatives that they would look for more material.[71] On February 8, NARA lawyer Gary Stern told colleagues that Cannon had told him he was unsure whether all relevant documents had been turned over.[70][72][73] NARA itself had noted "reams of classified material and disorganized boxes" and remained suspicious, according to the Washington Post.[42] On February 9, NARA sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice (DOJ).[50][61]
Not sure what you think you’re proving here.

Nowhere in this text does it say that Trump allowed anyone with the government to search his property.

It was no accident with Biden. Even Bob Hur said he willfully kept and disclosed classified documents.
Bob Hur said nothing of the sort about the documents from his Senate career.

Bob Hur said that there was evidence that he willfully kept classified documents but the evidence could not prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

You must have meant to say what a prescient thing to do, getting ahead of trump's vindictiveness in going after those who helped expose his crimes. As evidenced by the recent announcement the DoJ is investigating Cassidy Hutchinson.
No one is above the law except the January 6th committee and Joe bidens family right?

You must think they were doing God's work to endorse what Biden did with them, am i right?
Anything was okay as long as you operate under the premise of orange man bad. Riiiiight?
Didn't Hutchinson tell a big fat lie to try and make the proceedings look valid?
Isn't lying to Congress a crime? Unless for the purpose of orange man bad of course :auiqs.jpg:

So he willfully kept and disclosed classified documents.

So he willfully kept and disclosed classified documents.
Maybe, but Hur didn’t think it could be proven in court and didn’t really think it warranted prosecution even if he could.

The reasonable doubt thing wasn't based on the evidence it was based on Biden not playing with a full deck and due to that a jury would most likely sympathize with him.

Some leftist claimed without proof that Trump was holding onto more documents. That sort of hearsay claim is not justification to send in armed agents with authorization to shoot to kill just to see if the claim might be true.
The DoJ believed Trump was holding onto more classified documents and got enough evidence to get a search warrant. You don’t need proof to get a search warrant, you need probable cause.

The reasonable doubt thing wasn't based on the evidence it was based on Biden not playing with a full deck and due to that a jury would most likely sympathize with him.
It was entirely about the evidence. The evident was insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and overcome the jury’s “sympathy”.

Bullshit. His failed memory and not being able to adequately recollect his actions is where reasonable doubt would be hard to prove.

NARA asked for all presidential records. The DoJ required Trump to return all documents with classified markings.

In both cases, Trump did not comply but it’s only a crime when Trump refused to return the documents with classified markings.
I'm wondering why Biden lied about knowledge of this raid?

It was entirely about the evidence. The evident was insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and overcome the jury’s “sympathy”.
It wasn't about the evidence it was about Biden's lack of cognizance and the fact that he is a Democrat. They don't prosecute Democrats for these things

Bullshit. His failed memory and not being able to adequately recollect his actions is where reasonable doubt would be hard to prove.
If there were better evidence of a crime, his memory would be irrelevant.

15th post
Bob Hur said nothing of the sort about the documents from his Senate career.

Bob Hur said that there was evidence that he willfully kept classified documents but the evidence could not prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
Hur said xiden willfully retained classified documents, he didn’t say that didn’t include docs from his senate career

He also said Xiden willfully disclosed some classified material he stole, as VP

And would not prosecute due to his cognitive decline

Nonetheless Dems still voted for him to be their nominee in the primary

Highlighting you all don’t really care and further exposing the raid on Trump was poltical weaponization of the DOJ…like fascist do

Not at all. The search warrant was properly executed in an appropriately predicated investigation.

At no time was the warrant or searched deemed illegal.
It must be illegal if they had to return the documents to Trump.
If there were better evidence of a crime, his memory would be irrelevant.
The evidence was sitting right there in plain sight.
Ignorance is no excuse except if you're in a rigged system like we were at the time.
