What do you mean? If the thread premise is the idea that the Jan 6th committee doesn't have evidence of incitement based on the fact that they haven't leaked the info before now. I think I can legitimately point out that in the effort to block access to certain documents from the committee, a judge has found enough evidence to at least suspect criminal activity.

Both are inferring things based on limited information, what I infer though is based on the judgment of an actual judge charged with ruling on the facts of the case.

I think I can legitimately point out that in the effort to block access to certain documents from the committee, a judge has found enough evidence to at least suspect criminal activity.

Both are inferring things based on limited information, what I infer though is based on the judgment of an actual judge charged with ruling on the facts of the case.

Which is his decision and to have merit,it will need to be proven in court.
