A pregnant woman and her unborn child have died after being hit and killed earlier this week, according to her friends.
Sajida Hussaini, a 34-year-old Afghan refugee and mother of five, was crossing a Gwinnett County street with her 9-year-old son earlier this week when she was hit by a car. Hussaini was also six months pregnant.

Being born doesn't make you human. You had a heartbeat after 6 weeks of your mother's pregnancy, and could respond to touch. By week 7, you had your own spontaneous movements. By week 9, you had your own fingerprints. By week 10, you practiced breathing in the womb and your heart was pumping about 6 quarts of blood per day. By week 11, you were making goal-oriented movements with your hands. By week 13, you could feel pain.

Your life actually began at conception. You were not a "growth", not something to be ripped out of your mother's womb and be thrown in a garbage can to die. You should thank whatever god you believe in, that she didn't do that.
