This is a weird filibuster by Dems.

They have in the past filibustered bills they did not want to pass, like the Civil Rights Act.

The BBB already passed. Now they want a backdoor filibuster to force part of it to be repealed.

Do they really think that will happen? The GOP holds all the cards. Legally no money is authorized to be spent.

$0.00.

But . . . no court has stopped an executive from spending money anyway under this circumstance.

So Trump and Trump alone decides now what money will and will not be spent or committed based on whatever criteria he may choose.

Shouldn't they have waited until they got more power, before pulling a power play?
