No, incitement to murder goes beyond free speech.

If I am walking down the street near the liberal high school, and I am wearing my Jewish star and my companion is wearing a yarmulke, while a group is marching yelling “Death to Jews!” - and SOME of them attack us, the ones who INCITED it are also criminally liable.

It's not incitement if it's not directed.

The courts have been clear on that.

"Death to the Jews" is not incitement. "Go out and start killing Jews" is incitement.

Republican leaders would be the least affected of all, especially the president. Most affected would be, of course, the victims of violent crimes by illegal aliens. thousands of federal employees would once again be uncertain about their next paycheck and turn to rideshare driving and other temporary work.

Democrat lawmakers will suffer also. This close to an election, they are going to harm americans and legal immigrants for the benefit of illegal aliens? It may happen, but I don't think it is as sure as you seem to think it is.

That would be up to the court and jury to decide. You do have to try the people, both those doing the killing and the incitement.

They are arresting people that ARE NOT THE WORST OF THE WORST as Trump has said many times, including his campaign, that he would arrest and deport...the sex offenders and criminal violent ones.....most being hauled off, are not violent criminals....so people are also upset that he repeatedly lied about that....

And due process is no where to be found, even when there are cases where under the law, is required.

The dehumanizing of all non citizens, or people of color, or nationality, or certain religion or whatever, is the beginning of a slippery slope, that allowed the Jews to be rounded up and hauled off...you should know that....

Protesting, following ice, whistles blown and filming ICE operations is a protected first amendment right, to oppose our govt and their actions and our voice heard, every court has ruled, including the Supreme Court that this is legal and constitutional.... Protest is protesting, it's being against what your govt is doing or actions their taking that you see appalling or unjust or cruel in their mannerisms, not some Kumbaya party....

It certainly is NOT a death sentence, for goodness sake...even if the operation of ICE is disrupted or postponed due to it.

It's also very dangerous and results in injury and death when the protesters inevitably go too far. That is not ICE's fault.

I've read that the bill has six parts, funding six different areas of govt....the democrats are signing off on 5 of the 6 divisions of govt funding, but not the funding for homeland security without changes to ICE like making them better trained on the citizens and peoples constitutional rights, and how to deescalate instead of escalate, (and how to arrest without cruelty imo too). That means 95% of the govt could stay opened, and homeland security too... cuz they got lots of money in the big beautiful bill and haven't used much of what they already got....

Then the 6th part, homeland security, they can actually debate on the floor, and see what they end up with.

There will be no debate with the minority Democrat party. They can like it or lump it.

Most progressive politicians do not believe in what they push. When Paul Wellstone died as i remember, one of them spouted, "he actually believed in the agendas". You guys do not even count the dollars spent and obviously use the programs passed to steal, corrupt, and promote propaganda. When I watch your adherents on the computer using different ways of communication, they are threatening of the worse things to fellow humans. It is like watching the "left behind" religious films from 15 to 25 years ago or so. It is so surreal. It is the same for every agenda you insurrect for. The medical people sound like Dr. Mengele in what they will do to people who are Deplorables inside the hospitals alone.
