It doesn't matter how many ballot REQUEST forms (not actual ballots) were sent out. It only matters how many actual ballots were sent out in response to people sending back these request forms, how many of these actual ballots were filled out and returned, and how many of those that were returned were found to be fraudulent, which probably would not make a dent in the final tally. To receive a ballot in response to a request for one, the person must be at the same address that the request was sent to.
This thread is based only on unsubstantiated theory about what some unnamed persons could have, or might have done, had they actually been in a position to pull it off.
The sad thing is that so many people think that Raffensperger should have been acting as a republican party hack, when he actually was performing the duties of his office. He is supposed to be neutral and loyal to the people he serves.
