It is Official, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger lost Georgia

Unintended consequences of overthrowing Trump.

Socialism on speed, coupled with the expansion of global influence by China and the importing of their ideology into the West.

As it happens and you type on here what you are experiencing, I will remind you that I warned you all over the last four years. An alarmist of sorts, but also one who has experienced in Canada the power of the covert security apparatus, the most cowardly among us and the least worthy of societies benefit of the doubt.

When socialists get drunk on the power and NO ONE dares deny them, in fact, they are assisted, you know what the future will look like. It's been recorded in the history books that so few read or care about.
An interesting dichotomy is that Progressives think they won the election for Biden, when really it was the BILLIONAIRES from Big Tech & International GLOBALISTS like Soros. Expect fireworks when Biden doesn't raise taxes on the Rich.

Any tax increase always comes with an additional loophole or two to ensure that the wisest who hire the top accountants, are saved a bundle.

Raising taxes always hurts the middle class. The issue for the West is excess spending, raising taxes is just an excuse to continue to spend without concern.

I'm more concerned about the upcoming 2 Senate races in Georgia. If the election is honest, I will be satisfied.
The Legislature does have the power to make the election rules but Raffensperger has made up his own rules.
It appears they have blocks of room available at the Howard Johnson's for out of state voters

Like you asked someone earlier on this thread, Link? Where do you get the information that Howard Johnson's had blocks of rooms for out of state voters? I'm guessing you pulled that one straight outta your ass.

They’ve been burned.

They've been burned? Really? Got a link to where the USA had a book burning for history books?
I was being slightly figurative.
Destroying statues, renaming sports teams and venues, striking people from historic records, banning books — yes, it’s happening.
Are you blind? You been living under a rock?

It doesn't matter how many ballot REQUEST forms (not actual ballots) were sent out. It only matters how many actual ballots were sent out in response to people sending back these request forms, how many of these actual ballots were filled out and returned, and how many of those that were returned were found to be fraudulent, which probably would not make a dent in the final tally. To receive a ballot in response to a request for one, the person must be at the same address that the request was sent to.

This thread is based only on unsubstantiated theory about what some unnamed persons could have, or might have done, had they actually been in a position to pull it off.

The sad thing is that so many people think that Raffensperger should have been acting as a republican party hack, when he actually was performing the duties of his office. He is supposed to be neutral and loyal to the people he serves.

Thanks for pointing out the best things that happened on Trump`s watch. You forgot about the KKK flag being booted from NACAR. :auiqs.jpg:

In an insane move that played into the hands of Stacey Abrams, Raffensperger sent out ballot request forms to the state's 6.9 million "active voters."

How many of those 6.9 millions had died? How many have moved? I have no idea, but in a 2 year period I would say at least a half million, but probably more.

So those who received these ballot requests would know that the addressee was on the Georgia's voting roles. Most people would trash those letters. But others would see an opening for vote fraud, Request a ballot, sign it with the name on the letter received from the Sec of State, and send it in.

To make matters worse, the Gov/Sec of State combo, agreed with Abrams on a Consent Decree that eased signature verification.

Raffensperger, is stupid enough to do it again....the solution is for Georgia State legislators to step-up and establish rules that ensure the integrity of the voting system.

Or they can just follow the same laws that the Legislature already passed just like the Courts have ruled. As much as you cry in that Bud Lite, there probably isn't any taste left other than a salty taste anymore. Get over it, you lost, move on.
Actually the state didn't follow its own election laws like several other states did----which means that this alone invalidates the vote...

Why, because you say so? Sorry, doesnt' cut it and the Courts have just about had enough of this mess. They are supporting the State's decisions, not the Party of the Rump's fantasies.

It is not like they just accept the ballot. The signatures are checked and will be rejected if it doesn't match the signature on file. Information on the ballot is verified with what is on file. I would hope they did this in enough time so that it can be cured. Death certificates information is available to all states and they do keep records which are public records. I would imagine that they are able run names in a computer system and if the name pops up as deceased then it is a red flag that requires additional checking. You would thing that they would even run information from death certificates through their computer systems and purge voter names in the voter system.

The key is "FOUND TO BE FRAUDULENT"...

The address was known

The name of the registered person was known

So it all depends on signature verification, which was greatly loosened because of a Consent Decree

"The consent decree describes a new procedure for reviewing signatures. When there is a mismatch, an election official must consult with two other officials. Then they have to vote. The ballot can only be rejected if a majority agrees that there is a mismatch. Then, all of the officials must write their names on the rejected envelope before starting the “cure” process."
============================================
The result was that the process was so complicated and the time frame so short that votes were sent thru unchecked. Add to the fact that in democratic counties they had mostly democratic "election officials" and the rejection rate dropped dramatically.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is an engineer, he is smart BUT he is not street smart and he got rolled by Stacey Abrams.

He is VERY VERY Clueless and is a great danger to democracy.

Step #1.. Absentee ballot requests must not be sent out to those names on the voting roles, as by the very nature of human movement, those roles have a sizable number of errors.

The trouble with your premise is that they also would have had to know what the person's signature looked like. There was nothing insane about it and yes they should do it again.

The consent decree did not change the signature requirements. All it did was change the amount of time that election authorities had to inform them that their ballot was rejected. It required notification within 24 hours if it is 11 days or less before the election.

You are the one who is clueless or a liar. Again they would have to know what someone's signature looks like.

When there is a small normal amount of absentee ballots, the state can compare that signature to the one they have on file when one registers to vote. There should be a Republican and Democrat to look at the signature to make it fair, but with a VERY LARGE number of mail-in ballots it becomes a logistical impossibility.

It is like a flash mob of criminals storms a store! Any security is useless and sometimes even police stand down as the looters take what they will. In the case of mail-in votes, they have to be let thru due to the number of ballots and time constraints.
