50 or so cases were dropped without hearing evidence but that does not mean that they can't be resubmitted. Procedural errors or various legal stuff allows the judge to dismiss the case. The supreme court dismissed a Trump case without hearing evidence because they said that he is no longer president. That is the way it goes. Judges can make those decisions. Most can be resubmitted if they want to do it again and correct the errors depending on prejudice wording.

There are 31 active cases that evidence is being heard. The article even gives you a link. Any case with merit means the case is being argued with facts present before the court.

They even won some cases but they seem mostly errors on the part of the state or procedural problems.
