They can't do that because they have already returned most of the land they acquired in 1967, Sinai Peninsula, back to Egypt in exchange for peace. They offered to give Gaza back to Egypt, but Egypt didn't want it, and they offered to return the West Bank to Jordan, but Jordan didn't want it. Israel offered to return the Golan to Syria in return for peace, but Syria turned it down. Israel offered to give Gaza and 93% of the West Bank to the so called Palestinians to have a state of their own, but the Palestinians said, no.

Since the Arabs clearly don't want Gaza, West Bank or Golan, why shouldn't Israelis settle there?

The most feared brutes were the Kapos who were other inmates of all nationalities and ethnic groups.

Some of the most ruthless barbarism, torture, mass murder and sadism occurred after the war, in Soviet gulags ("renovated" former German work camps), the London Cage, Eisenhower's true death camps and French slave labor camps.
