Point was, Trump scrapped the agreement, so the IAEA doesn't have jurisdiction.

Wrong on all three counts. Reactors can't just be turned off and if the USA and France refused to sell Iran fuel rods there are other countries like Russia, China and North Korea that would do so and are on very good terms with Iran. The reason the Mullahs turned down free reactors is that they wanted and needed breeder reactors to make U-238 and plutonium for bombs.

This attack is clearly preemptive not unprovoked. After the failures of Iran's last two attacks on Israel Iran boasted it would build so many missiles for its next attack that it would overwhelm Israel's missile defense and do much damage to Israel, and to that end Iran set a goal of manufacturing 50 new missiles per month and that influenced the timing of this attack, which would have taken place 20 years ago if Iran had not been protected by successive US and European countries.

Israel started this war more than 20 years ago and it's recent aggression against Iran is based on a belief that the US will become involved when it becomes apparent Israel has no chance of success without US help; would that qualify as an example of America First?
