Not really....quite a few of these DACAs have college educations and some even work for fortune 500 companies.

And once we made it LEGAL for these DACA's to work, then there was no savings in hiring them...they had to pay them above the table wages along with all matching payroll taxes for the employee.

Once they were put above board, once they were made legal to work....it brought 700,000 workers, out from 'under the table', where employers could no longer abuse them and gain great savings by hiring an "illegal"....

I'm saying these DACA'S, were not sitting home twiddling their thumbs before DACA, the near same amount were probably working already....only under the table and for less expense for the employer...which held wages for all entry level workers down.

And NOW that they are legally out in the open and can work legally, they are able to compete with all other applicants for jobs on a level playing field...in most cases, they had an advantage over the entry level citizen kid before they were made legal via DACA, in these entry level jobs, because they could be paid less or under the table with great payroll tax savings for the employer...but once DACA passed that advantage they had... vanished.

So yes, there is more competition for some citizens looking for work, but there was nothing getting in the way (after DACA) of these citizens getting the job because they were more qualified....or even liked better by the employer....if they did not get the job, they did not get it by their own lack of interviewing/skills or qualifications, or even their own lack of enthusiasm or personality when interviewing...imo.
