Is Yahweh breaking an objective moral tenet?

I have found few examples of an objective moral tenet but think that, --- the good of the many, outweighs the good of the few, --- to be an objective moral tenet. It seems correct in all situations.

You might disagree with an example where this tenet is not objective or applicable.

Yahweh seems to put the good of the few ahead of the good of the many. Scriptures indicate that the many will end in hell while the few will end in heaven.

In thinking of this, I also thought that Yahweh was breaking another moral tenet by putting his life above his own child’s. He sent Jesus to die instead of stepping up himself, to appease his own wrath against man.

Should fathers put themselves and their lives above their children’s, or should fathers protect their children at all costs?

I know that few like to answer moral questions as we all have a bit of moral coward in us.

Do try to answer both of my questions please.

God is not subject to human moral codes. At least that's what religous types like to assert. Otherwise it brings up unsettling questions concerning the nature of evil and the benevolence and omnipotence of God.

I hear you. They tell me the same thi8ng and say it is because god owns us. When I bring up slavery and being owned, they slink away.

Christian foolishness aside, Do the moral tenets I posit in the O.P. qualify as objective to you?

All moral codes and questions are by their nature subjective. It's the central problem of evil. No matter how horrible something is there is always someone who thinks it's good.

You would champion group rights above individual rights. Sad.

I don't know any father who when faced with imminent harm to his children wouldn't sacrifice themselves.

No doubt your trumped up distinction will involve something less than imminent and skewed to some socialism political ideology.

You are such a subversive.

Except American society, where the primacy of individual freedom is considered 'an objective moral tenet'. I suppose that's why it's one of the more Christian countries around...
