It's not the shooting people that's funny. It's the fact that, of all people, Wayne Brady is doing it. This clip leaves out the funniest clip from that sketch. It's where Dave asks Wayne if he's afraid someone will find out, and Brady just responds, "Who'd suspect me? I'm Wayne Brady."
